We are so excited to have you apply to our 9th annual Open Air Forest Marketplace at Lucent Festival.

Venue: Lucent Festival 2023 will take place in beautiful Cochrane, Alberta
When: Friday August 11 - Sunday August 13th. The main market day is Saturday.
Fri evening is set up + chill, Sunday is closing classes + take down. You are welcome to come only for Sat if you choose or stay up the whole weekend.
Space: 10 x 10 foot space is granted if accepted to our market. If you need more than this, please let us know asap so we can support you and help you prepare. You are responsible for your own table, lawn chairs, set up and take down. Times and set up access details will be given at a later date.
Please note:
We have reduced the vendor fee significantly to $99 + GST to ensure accessibility and affordability.
When you get accepted as one of our marketplace vendors you receive:
1 Adult weekend ticket for primary vendor attendee.
10 x 10 space in our open air marketplace all weekend long (Bring your own tent and supplies as mentioned above)
a DAYPASS TICKET for any other staff you will be bringing to help you.
